Booking

 

An initial non refundable deposit of 25% must be given to secure the date of your wedding, which will be deducted from your final bill. Then four weeks prior to your wedding a further 50% payment must be made and the final balance should be made one week prior to the day of your wedding.

 

Payment

 

Buds to Blooms Flowers will accept payment in the form of Credit Transfer, Cash, Cheque, Bank Draft, Postal Order or Paypal

 

Confirmation

 

All orders must be confirmed one month prior to the wedding date. We do not take responsibility for any errors or omissions once the order has been confirmed.

 

Substitution Policy

 

In the unlikely event we are unable to supply the exact flowers requested we will notify you to discuss alternatives. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value in the event of supply difficulties.

 

Hire of Items

 

All Vases, Mirrored plates, Candelabras, Candle holders, Pedestals and Sundries are hired out at an agreed rate. Any loss or damage will be charged at replacement value.

Delivery and Set Up at the Venue

 

We will deliver, set up and collect as agreed to the required destination/s. Delivery times will need to be confirmed with the venue the week of the wedding. We will require access and appropriate working conditions in order to fulfill our order with you. You will need to inform the venue of what you have employed us to do and also the time we require to set up on the day. Should we be denied access, be delayed by the venue or any other supplier on the day or be presented with unsafe or hazardous working conditions, we will complete everything to the best of our ability. If we cannot complete the work due to no fault of our own, the products will be left at the venue for the venue or delayed supplier, if willing, to complete. We will advise the venue manager and you if this occurs. 

 

Cancellations 

 

Only cancellations given fourteen days before the wedding date will be eligible for a refund. If any purchases of sundries specific to the Wedding or Event are required and have been ordered before the cancellation limit the client is responsible for the full price of these sundries.

 

Should we need to cancel your booking due to illness, injury, accident or any other circumstances and are unable to find another suitable supplier, you will be informed in writing/email and refunded all amounts that have been paid. 

 

 

Postponing the Wedding

 

Should you need to postpone the date of the wedding, please advise in writing/email. If the new date is available it will be confirmed in writing/email to you. Should the new date not be available, you will forfeit your deposit.
